Structural rejuvenation of the midface, jawline, and neck by elevating the deeper muscular layer (SMAS/deep plane) rather than tightening skin alone. Performed under general anesthesia with 1 to 2 nights in hospital and a 10-day stay in Lahore for drain and suture removal.

Now compare it

Ask the private hospital you are considering at home for a written, itemised quote for the same operation. That is the only fair comparison, and we would rather you made it before you commit to anything.

What is Facelift & Facial Rejuvenation?

A facelift (rhytidectomy) addresses structural signs of facial ageing—including sagging midface tissues, loss of jawline definition (jowls), deep creases around the mouth, and loose skin or vertical banding in the neck. Modern facial rejuvenation elevates and anchors the underlying fibromuscular layer (the SMAS or deep plane) so the overlying skin settles smoothly without a taut or "windswept" appearance.

Surgical Options

  • SMAS / Deep Plane Facelift: Releases and repositions the deeper facial ligaments and muscle layer to restore cheek projection and sharpen the mandibular border, offering long-lasting, natural structural support.

  • Combined Neck Lift (Platysmaplasty): Tightens separated midline neck muscles and removes submental fat and excess skin to restore a clean cervicomental angle beneath the chin.

  • Mini / Short-Scar Facelift (MACS Lift): Uses shorter incisions concealed along the hairline and front of the ear to correct mild-to-moderate lower facial laxity with a faster recovery window.

  • Adjunctive Facial Fat Grafting: Often performed alongside a facelift using micro-droplets of your own purified fat to restore youthful fullness to the temples, tear troughs, and malar pads.

What to Expect in Lahore

  1. Consultation & Pre-Op Planning (Day 1–2): Detailed facial analysis with your consultant plastic surgeon to assess skin elasticity, bone structure, and whether adjunctive neck contouring or fat transfer is indicated, alongside pre-anaesthetic clearance.

  2. Surgery & Inpatient Care (Day 2 or 3): Performed under general anaesthesia over 3 to 5 hours. Incisions are carefully hidden within the natural contours of the ear and hairline. You will stay 1 to 2 nights in the hospital for head-elevated nursing care, analgesia, and removal of any fine surgical drains prior to discharge.

  3. Recovery & Suture Removal (Day 4–10): Swelling and bruising peak around 72 hours and steadily subside over the first week. An early wound check and removal of pre-auricular sutures occur around post-op day 5 to 6, followed by final suture removal and your fit-to-fly clearance on day 9 or 10.
