Surgical Options

Sliding Osseous Genioplasty: Performed via an intraoral incision without any external scar, the surgeon makes a precise cut across the chin bone (mandibular symphysis) and advances, sets back, or vertically adjusts the bone segment, securing it with micro-titanium plates.
Submental & Jawline Liposculpture: Micro-cannula liposuction removes stubborn fat beneath the chin and along the jowl line to expose the natural contour of the mandible, often paired with chin augmentation for maximum definition.
Mandibular Angle Contouring: Uses anatomical jaw-angle implants or targeted bone contouring to widen or refine the posterior jawline.
What to Expect in Lahore
Consultation & Profile Analysis (Day 1–2): Detailed cephalometric and profile assessment (and 3D craniofacial imaging where indicated for sliding genioplasty) with your consultant plastic or maxillofacial surgeon to select the exact implant dimensions or osteotomy plan, alongside pre-anaesthetic clearance.
The Procedure (Day 2 or 3): Takes 60 to 120 minutes under general anaesthesia (or local anaesthesia with sedation for straightforward implant/liposuction cases). Depending on the technique chosen, you will either discharge later the same day or stay 1 night in the hospital for monitoring and initial analgesia.
Recovery & Fit-to-Fly Review (Day 4–7): Expect moderate swelling and tightness around the chin and lower lip for the first 72 hours, supported by a chin compression strap and soft diet if an intraoral incision was used. A final wound review (and external suture removal if submental approach was used) takes place on post-op day 5 or 6 before your flight home.
