Now compare it

Ask the private hospital you are considering at home for a written, itemised quote for the same operation. That is the only fair comparison, and we would rather you made it before you commit to anything.

What is a Neck Lift?

A neck lift combines cervicoplasty (removal of excess, sagging neck skin) and platysmaplasty (tightening and corset-suturing of the separated vertical neck muscles) to restore a sharp, well-defined cervicomental angle beneath the chin and along the mandibular border. While often integrated into a full facelift, a standalone neck lift is ideal for patients who are happy with their midface volume and upper facial contours but want to eliminate loose neck skin, vertical muscle bands, or a heavy under-chin profile.

Surgical Options

  • Anterior Platysmaplasty (Corset Neck Lift): Through a discreet incision hidden in the natural crease just beneath the chin (submental crease), the separated edges of the platysma muscle are brought together in the midline and anchored, eliminating prominent vertical neck cords.

  • Lateral Neck Lift (Cervicoplasty): Incisions concealed behind the ear and along the posterior hairline allow the surgeon to lift, reposition, and trim redundant skin cleanly without visible anterior scarring.

  • Submental Liposuction & Deep Fat Sculpture: Removes excess superficial fat above the muscle and, where indicated, sculpts deep subplatysmal fat pads to sharpen the jawline.

What to Expect in Lahore

  1. Consultation & Pre-Op Assessment (Day 1–2): Face-to-face clinical evaluation with your consultant plastic surgeon to assess skin elasticity, submental fat layers, platysmal banding, and hyoid bone position, followed by routine pre-anaesthetic blood tests.

  2. Surgery & Overnight Stay (Day 2 or 3): Performed under general anaesthesia in 2 to 3 hours. You will wear a supportive chin and neck compression garment immediately post-operatively and stay 1 night in the hospital for head-elevated nursing care, analgesia, and removal of any fine surgical drains prior to discharge.

  3. Recovery & Suture Removal (Day 4–9): Swelling and a sensation of tightness under the chin are normal for the first few days and improve steadily with head elevation. Submental and retro-auricular sutures are reviewed and removed on post-op day 6 to 8 before your surgeon issues fit-to-fly clearance.
