An individual plan combining selected breast and abdominal procedures after pregnancy, such as a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction. Your plastic surgeon assesses whether combined or staged treatment is appropriate and plans recovery around your needs.

Your estimated journey

Everything you would pay us, line by line, rather than one package number. Take it to a private hospital at home and ask them for the same list.

Now compare it

Ask the private hospital you are considering at home for a written, itemised quote for the same operation. That is the only fair comparison, and we would rather you made it before you commit to anything.

What is a Mommy Makeover?

A mommy makeover is a personalised combination of operations addressing breast and abdominal changes after pregnancy. It is not a fixed operation or a weight-loss treatment. The plan reflects your goals, health and recovery needs.

Possible Procedures

  • Breast lift: Reshapes and raises the breasts.
  • Breast augmentation or reduction: Adjusts volume where appropriate; implants require a separate discussion of device risks and future care.
  • Tummy tuck: Removes excess abdominal skin and may repair separated abdominal muscles.
  • Liposuction: Treats selected localised fat deposits.

Your surgeon may recommend fewer procedures or separate operations rather than combining everything at once.

Who may be suitable?

Assessment includes weight stability, general health, smoking, clotting risk and future pregnancy plans. Discuss the time since childbirth and breastfeeding. Arrange practical help with childcare and recovery before proceeding.

What to Expect in Lahore

  1. Arrival and assessment — typically Days 1–2: Meet your plastic surgeon to discuss goals, examine the areas being considered and agree a specific combination. Confirm tests, anaesthetic assessment, the hospital plan and written quotation.
  2. Surgery and inpatient care: Combined procedures usually require general anaesthesia. The proposed itinerary allows 2 hospital nights, subject to the operations chosen and the treating team’s assessment.
  3. Initial recovery and reviews: The planning allowance is 17 days in Lahore, including 14 hotel nights and 2 hospital nights. Arrange dressing and drain reviews where needed and receive written instructions. Accommodation and coordination do not replace nursing or personal care; discuss any additional support you need.
  4. Departure and continuing recovery: Your surgeon assesses travel readiness and blood-clot risk. Extra nights or further reviews may be needed. The local stay covers initial recovery; arrange follow-up and help at home.

Recovery and Risks

Recovery depends on the combination. Follow individual restrictions on lifting, exercise and driving. Plan help with children and everyday tasks. Risks include bleeding, infection, delayed healing, fluid collections, scarring, altered sensation, asymmetry, blood clots and anaesthetic complications. Implant-related risks apply if implants are used. Seek urgent care for chest pain or breathing difficulty, and contact the treating team for fever, worsening pain or wound concerns.

What the Estimate Covers

The sample estimate is based on a breast lift, tummy tuck and limited liposuction, subject to confirmation. Breast implants, extensive liposuction and additional procedures are not assumed. The quote must identify each operation and specify anaesthesia, hospital care, garments, medicines, tests and reviews included.

Accommodation, airport transfers, appointment transport and non-clinical coordination are itemised separately. Meals, flights, visas, travel insurance, additional personal care and extended stays are outside the displayed estimate unless explicitly included in your quote.
