Who you are dealing with
The job we do
We are a facilitation and local-guide service. We shortlist hospitals, arrange the appointment, meet you at the airport, book the hotel, sit with you at consultations when the language is a problem, and stay reachable for the whole trip. That is the entire service.
The job we do not do
We do not own a hospital. We do not employ doctors or nurses. We do not diagnose, advise on treatment, or take clinical decisions. When a surgeon recommends something, that recommendation is theirs, and so is the outcome.
The questions we actually get
Send your procedure, your reports if you have them, and where you are travelling from. You will get a real reply from a person, usually the same day.
