Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the coordination services provided by SergiPathway (Pvt) Ltd. By sending an enquiry or using the patient portal you accept them.

1. What we are

SergiPathway (Pvt) Ltd acts solely as an independent facilitator, coordinator and local-guide service connecting international patients with third-party, independently licensed and operated hospitals, clinics, surgeons, hotels and transport providers in Pakistan. SergiPathway (Pvt) Ltd does not provide medical treatment, does not employ any doctor, nurse or clinical staff, and is not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider of any kind.

2. What the service covers

Where agreed with you, we will:

• shortlist hospitals and surgeons in Pakistan appropriate to the procedure you have asked about
• arrange consultations and, where you decide to proceed, help schedule your admission
• prepare the documents a hospital normally issues in support of a medical visa application
• book accommodation and arrange airport and hospital transfers
• provide a coordinator who can interpret and accompany you to appointments
• remain reachable throughout your stay and help resolve practical problems

3. What the service does not cover

We do not diagnose, prescribe, advise on treatment options, or take part in clinical decisions. We do not provide nursing, aftercare or rehabilitation. We do not act as your agent in any dispute with a hospital, doctor or insurer, although we will help you raise one.

4. No medical liability

SergiPathway (Pvt) Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the quality, safety, outcome or conduct of any medical treatment, procedure, diagnosis or advice provided by any third-party hospital, clinic or medical professional. All medical decisions, clinical judgement and treatment outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and physician.

5. No liability for other third parties

Hotels, drivers, airlines, interpreters and any other third party arranged on your behalf are arranged as a convenience. They are independent providers. We do not warrant or guarantee their service and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

6. Preliminary and final quotations

Costs can also change after treatment begins if clinical findings differ from what was expected. Where that happens the hospital, not this company, sets the revised cost, and the hospital will confirm it with you directly.

7. Payments

No payment is taken through this website. There is no cart and no checkout, and we will never ask for card details by email or chat. Hospital charges are paid by you to the hospital. Any coordination fee we charge is invoiced separately and in writing.

8. Visas, travel and insurance

We can help prepare supporting documents, but we have no influence over visa decisions and accept no responsibility for a refusal, a delay, or any cost arising from one. We do not arrange flights. We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel and medical insurance covering treatment abroad, complications and repatriation, and that you check whether it excludes elective treatment overseas.

9. Using the patient portal

The portal is for material relevant to your own case. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that belongs to someone else without their permission, or that relates to a person who has not agreed to it. We may suspend access to the portal where it is being misused, and we may remove content that has failed a malware scan.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SergiPathway (Pvt) Ltd's total liability arising out of or in connection with the coordination service is limited to the coordination fee you have paid to us. We exclude liability for medical outcomes entirely, and for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings and the cost of travel arrangements you have made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction. Your local consumer protection law may give you rights that cannot be excluded by contract; nothing here is intended to limit those rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you send an enquiry, and we keep the previous versions on file.
